Police Investigate Infant Death
SHEBOYGAN, WI (WTAQ) – The Sheboygan Police Department says a 5-month-old child is dead and a 19-year-old man is in custody.
Police were called to the 1100 block of South 11th Street Friday morning for an unresponsive child.
When crews arrived they tried life-saving measures to save the child. Police also say the child was then taken to the hospital where the infant died.
Sheboygan Memorial Medical Center officials say the child suffered a head injury.
Sheboygan police then arrested the 19-year-old.
Police are now investigating the incident.
