OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ) – The man accused of participating in a standoff with Menasha police last week was charged with failure to comply with an attempt to be taken into custody and disorderly conduct.
35-year-old Christopher Walsh was allegedly in a residence with a 15-month-old child and had a gun.
A woman reported that he refused to let the child go and threatened to kill officers.
Walsh was arrested after handing the child over to authorities.
