GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) – The city of Green Bay is looking for the state to help with the financing of a new paper mill.
The Redevelopment Authority made the request for $150 million dollars in industrial revenue bonds.
The state still needs to approve the plan that would include the company paying off the debt, but if they are able to work with the city and the state could reduce financing costs.
The construction of the paper mill is scheduled to be complete in 2021.
