A Silver Alert has been issued by the Wisconsin Department of Justice for 81-year-old Richard Benz.
According to the DOJ, Benz is missing from Richfield in Washington County and was last seen Friday at 6 p.m. in Manitowoc County.
He is believed to have dementia or another cognitive impairment and planned to go to Revolution Fitness in Pewaukee.
He left around 7 a.m. Friday in Richfield.
Benz said he was lost in Hartland and family members say they last talked to him around noon.
When family members asked him what he saw around him, Benz said HY 23, HY 51, and HY M in the area of Pewaukee.
He’s 150 pounds, 5’7″, and white.
His vehicle is a red 1992 Ford F-150 with a Wisconsin license plate number: GA9523.
The vehicle also has an extended cab.
