MANITOWOC, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – The Manitowoc Police Department is asking for help after officers say a vehicle hit a bicyclist Saturday at the intersection of Franklin and S. 21st streets.
Police say the incident happened between 2 and 2:30 p.m. and believe the bicyclist may have been hit by a black SUV.
