ELLINGTON, WI (WTAQ) – One person was seriously injured in a motorcycle crash Thursday, according to the Outagamie County Sheriff’s Department.
The incident happened just before 4:00 p.m. on Kettner Road, north of Center Valley Road, according to deputies.
A car turned left in front of a motorcycle on Kettner Road and the 47-year-old man from Shiocton driving the motorcycle had to put the bike down so he wouldn’t get hit.
The 47-year-old was not seriously injured, according to deputies.
The 43-year-old woman also riding the motorcycle was seriously injured and had to be taken to the hospital by helicopter.
Deputies say the two weren’t wearing a helmet.
