OCONTO, WI (WTAQ) – Two people are facing charges after a drug overdose death in Oconto County.
29-year-old Chasity Denny and 29-year-old Brian Blasing are charged with reckless homicide and heroin delivery in connection with the September 12 death of Jeffrey Pecha.
According to the criminanal complaint, Denny admitted that the two of them provided the drugs.
Both Denny and Blasing made an initial court appearance Wednesday, where $100,000 cash bonds were set.
They will both return to court next week.
