OCONTO COUNTY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – Six individuals were arrested and are facing charges after a large drug ring bust in Oconto County.
The Oconto County Sheriff’s Office executed search warrants throughout Oconto County after months of investigation.
A group of individuals arrested as they are believed to be involved in the manufacture, sale and use of methamphetamine in our community.
Those facing charges include:
- Diann Moeller, 54, faces five counts, including manufacture of methamphetamine
- Greylyn Gilson, 53, faces four counts, including manufacture of methamphetamine
- Patrick Mocco, 62, faces four counts, including manufacture of methamphetamine
- Julie Harteau, 61, faces four counts, including manufacture of methamphetamine
- Curt Porath, 48, faces six counts, including manufacture of methamphetamine
- Jason Mulikin, 53, faces three counts, including possession with intent to deliver amphetamine
Additional arrests are expected.
According to the criminal complaint, police track dozens of purchases of pseudoephedrine by Moeller, Gilson, Mocco, and Harteau, as well as other items considered to be precursors or ingredients of meth. A search of a trailer in Spruce resulted in the discovery of various drug paraphernalia and containers of meth.
Porath’s charges are separate from those four. Police searched a town of Oconto residence and found evidence of meth-making operations, the complaint states.
In another separate case, Mulikin is charged with possession with intent to deliver amphetamine.
All of the suspects made initial court appearances earlier this week.
