APPLETON, WI (WTAQ) – The Wisconsin Department of Justice has issued a Silver Alert for 67-year-old Appleton man.
Armando Rodriguez was reportedly trying to visit family in Milwaukee, Ozaukee or possibly in Texas.
The DOJ says he was last seen at a home at 613 N. Division St. in Appleton around 12:50 P.M. Monday.
Rodriguez has brown eyes, weighs 168 lbs., stands 5’6″ and has a white/bushy beard.
He was also wearing an orange baseball cap and had a black duffel bag.
