GREEN BAY, WI (WLUK) — A fundraiser has been set up to benefit the family of a 5-year-old girl who was fatally shot in Green Bay this week.
GoFundMe says the fundraiser has a $10,000 goal.
Meanwhile, police have identified the girl as Skyé Bleu Evans-Cowley.
Officers say they were called to the 1600 block of Amy Street, on the city’s east side, just before 5 p.m. Monday. They found Skyé and she was taken to the hospital, where she died.
Police are still looking to speak with Jordan J. Leavy-Carter, 35, as a “person of interest” in the case. Investigators believe Leavy-Carter is driving a dark green Mercury Milan with front-end damage and license plates AHT-7886.
