OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – Some kids in Oshkosh are learning outside the classroom.
A shuttle bus arrived to Shapiro STEM Academy Monday. The mobile classroom taught fourth and fifth graders about science, technology, engineering, and math.
There was a robotic arm. Plus, students learned about gravity and constellations.
“It’s just been exciting to see the kids as they come out to the bus and come back in and see their excitement and hear them talk about the different experiments that they got to try,” said Lindsey Biesack, principal of Shapiro STEM Academy.
The shuttle bus will travel to Oaklawn Elementary School today. A grant from Generac Power Systems helped fund this.
