OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ) – Oshkosh Police say two explosive devices were found at an Oshkosh hospital.
Police were called to Ascension Northeast Wisconsin Mercy Campus on South Oakwood Road early Wednesday morning after someone located a device in an individual’s property.
Oshkosh police say a second explosive device was later found in the same person’s property.
Investigators say the man is not an employee of the hospital.
The Brown and Outagamie County Bomb Squad were called in to remove the devices.
A 39-year-old Oshkosh man was taken into custody.
A search of the man’s car and home was also conducted, but no other devices were found.
Police say no threats were mentioned during this incident and Oshkosh Police say the public is not in danger.
