GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) – A Green Bay man faces federal indictment for allegedly assaulting a woman.
38-year old Frank Sackatook punched a woman and kicked her in the head with steel-toed boots back in October. The woman needed surgery for bleeding on her brain.
Sackatook faces up to 10 years in prison. Menominee tribal police and the FBI investigated the case.
