TOWN OF MANITOWOC RAPIDS (WTAQ) – A 75-year old man was found dead near his home.
Manitowoc County Sheriff officials say they recieved information that James Schneck did not attend a scheduled meeting, launching the investigation.
Schneck was found in a partially frozen pond. Rescue crews pulled his body out the water, and he was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Sheriff Officials continue to investigate.
