WAUPACA COUNTY, WI (WTAQ) – Formal charges have been filed against a Weyauwega man accused of possessing child porn.
Prosecutors say local police was tipped by New Zealand authorities about Daniel Vaughn‘s illegal online activity.
The IP address to a child porn video was reportedly traced to the 39-year-old’s home.
In addition to the felony count of Possession of Child Pornography, Vaughn faces felony counts of Manufacture/Deliver Psilocin and Maintaining a Drug Trafficking Place.
Cash bond has been set at $20,000, and he’s due back in court January 23.
