OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ) – The man who allegedly belly-flopped onto a squad car, damaging the windshield, was ordered Monday to stand trial.
Cody Romano faces five counts, including two of battery to a law enforcement officer, for the Jan. 1 incident in Menasha.
He also faces a criminal damage to property charge for the squad car damage.
He waived a preliminary hearing. His arraignment is scheduled for Jan. 26.
According to the criminal complaint, the entire incident started when Romano was asked to leave a house party in a Menasha neighborhood near Oak Street and Nicolet Boulevard.
