GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) – A Dallas Cowboys fan who got into a fight at a bar following last year’s Packers-Cowboys game learned his fate Friday.
Jose Retana was sentenced to 18 months in jail after being convicted of second-degree recklessly endangering safety.
In January 2015, Retana and his wife were playing pool at a bar with two brothers. Prosecutors say his wife told Retana that the men offered her drugs in exchange for sex. Retana then punched and slapped one of the men.
The judge also placed Retana on 5 years extended supervision and ordered $24,000 in restitution to be paid.
