TOWN OF RUSHFORD, WI (WTAQ) — Authorities have released the names and photos of the man and dog missing near the Fox River in Winnebago County.
39-year old William E. Koepke, of Greenfield, and his Belgian Tervuren dog, Drako, have been missing since Friday.
Koepke was staying at a cabin in the Town of Rushford, just west of Omro, when he went to look for Drako.
The state Department of Natural Resources has been helping in the search.
Wardens used a submersible with sonar to search the bottom of the Fox River in recent days while it was too cold for divers.
Sheriff’s officals say the search is expected to resume Wednesday.
