GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) – A Green Bay man accused of stabbing his girlfriend’s ex-boyfriend will stand trial.
37-year-old Matthew Gregory will enter a plea to one count of aggravated battery on February 15.
The incident took place at a home on Oakwood Drive back on January 2. Police say Gregory and Wayne Fredich argued and scuffled, then Gregory stabbed Fredich.
Fredich suffered non-life threatening injuries.
