TOWN OF WILSON, WI (WHBL) – Quick work is credited with helping to revive a 10 year old boy who became unconscious in the swimming pool at the Sleep Inn and Suites in the Town of Wilson Sunday evening.
The Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Department says they got a call around 5:40 p.m. of the child pulled from the pool after found at the bottom and was not breathing. As deputies were dispatched, they got word bystanders initiated CPR and were successful in reviving the child.
The child was then taken to St. Nicholas Hospital by Oostburg Ambulance for continued treatment. The department did not have any additional information on the child’s condition as of late Monday morning.
The department adds additional assistance was provided by Town of Wilson First Responders, Kohler Police, and Orange Cross Ambulance.
