MERRILL, WI (WTAQ) – A Merrill man is due in court March 16th, for allegedly waterboarding his girlfriend after he thought she was cheating on him.
Lincoln County authorities say 22-year-old Dylan Van Camp used a washcloth to cover his girlfriend’s mouth, and then dumped water on her face to make her talk about who else she was dating.
Officials say the incidents took place last June and December.
Van Camp is charged with nine counts that include stalking, strangulation, battery, and bail jumping.
