OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ) – A woman accused of stealing $42,800 worth of lottery tickets from her workplace has waived her preliminary hearing.
On Thursday, 35-year-old Christina Jacques was charged with one count of theft. Jacques will enter a plea on March 18.
Jacques, Sheila Coates and Nicole Cushman allegedly stole lottery tickets during a three-year period from Bob’s Citgo in Oshkosh. Coates is accused of stealing $9,520 in tickets, while Cushman allegedly took $87,900.
Cushman has a preliminary hearing March 17. Coates has an arraignment April 5.
