MATTOON, WI (WTAQ)- Shawano County Sheriff Department is investigating an armed robbery at a convenience store in Mattoon.
Donna’s Village Pump was robbed around 8:30 Tuesday night.
Sheriff Officials say a man wearing camouflage clothes and a ski mask walked in with a shotgun, and demanded that the clerk give him all the money.
“The investigation is going to be difficult,” Shawano County Sheriff Adam Bieber said.”We are getting cooperation from everyone involved, and we will go from there.”
The clerk was working alone at the time.
The robber was described as a white male about 6-feet tall.
“There was tan vehicle in the area at the time” Bieber said.
