APPLETON, WI (WTAQ) – Two people are in custody after officers say they shot out a panel of glass in the front door of an Appleton business.
Police responded Wednesday afternoon to Menards, with a citizen leading them to the residence where the 27-year-old man and 20-year-old woman were arrested.
The couple was angry they were kicked out of the store for suspicious activity, reportedly using a U-haul truck and BB gun for the drive-by shooting.
Charges of Disorderly Conduct and Criminal Damage to Property are expected.
