APPLETON, WI (WTAQ) – Appleton Police believe they’ve arrested the person responsible for firing multiple rounds outside an apartment complex Thursday.
Officers say 32-year-old David Hall of Appleton shot at a man who was engaged in a physical altercation with the shooter’s half-brother.
Investigators say Hall fled the scene at a high rate of speed, being arrested during a traffic stop along with 24-year-old Terry Hooks.
The Outagamie County Sheriff’s dive team continues to search the Fox River for a weapon that is believed to have been thrown from Hall and Hooks’ vehicle.
