GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ)- A Wrightstown man who allegedly fired shots during an argument in Green Bay last week, was charged in Brown County Court Tuesday.
28-year-old Morris Quinn was charged with two counts of first-degree recklessly endangering safety.
Officials say the argument was over a gun sale.
According to the complaint, Quinn told police he was the peacemaker, not the agitator.
