Green Bay, WI (WTAQ) – It’s a closed session meeting today for Green Bay Alderman and legal counsel.
The topic ? The possibility of an injunction concerning the placement of a cell tower on Northeastern Wisconsin Lutheran High School’s property.
The proximity of the 200 foot high Verizon tower to several homes has infuriated neighbors and frustrated aldermen, since word of the plan first came down back in September.
Alderman are also frustrated with a current state law that stripped them of the right to oversee tower placements.
The meeting is set for 4 p. m. at City Hall.
