UNDATED (WTAQ) – A lawsuit has been filed against the City of Neenah and three police officers by the wife of Michael Funk.
The suit was filed Thursday by Theresa Mason-Funk, seeking more than $3.5 million.
Michael Funk was killed during a shooting incident outside Eagle Nation Cycles back on December 5, 2015.
Funk was taken hostage by suspect Brian Flatoff, and authorities say Funk did not comply with requests to lower his weapon when he exited the building.
