KIEL, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – The Kiel Emergency Management Team says it held multiple meetings Thursday in preparations of a threat targeting multiple areas of the city.
The threat received Wednesday stated that if the Kiel Area School District does not drop its Title IX investigation, certain locations would be targeted Friday.
Officials say if a threat is received, authorities will notify affected locations.
