GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – What started as a dumpster fire quickly escalated into a more serious issue Tuesday afternoon as flames reached the lower levels of the Monroe Plaza building.
Everyone inside the building was forced to evacuate or move to another area of the building.
One person has been brought to the hospital to receive treatment due to smoke inhalation.
