Green Bay police are looking for a man they say was involved in a hit and run of a small child.
“I think it hits home for everybody,” Green Bay Police Captain Kevin Warych says.
Officers say they believe 35-year-old Quinton Martin hit the child with a black colored 2000 Cadillac. Saturday night on Western Avenue.
“He is wanted for the questioning for hit and run causing injury, which is a felony charge that we would be recommending the District Attorney.”
Officers say the child suffered non-life threatening injuries from the incident.
A 2000 Cadillac was found abandoned on Western Avenue by officers.
“He fled the area in a different vehicle or on foot, so now we are asking the public’s assistance in locating Mr. Martin so he can be questioned.”
It is believed that Martin fled the scene on foot.
