BROWN COUNTY, WI (WTAQ) – A 20-year-old Manitowoc man has pleaded not guilty to causing a fatal, alcohol-related crash.
Zachary Potts faces three felony counts: First Degree Reckless Homicide, Homicide by Intoxicated Use of a Vehicle, and Homicide by Use of a Vehicle with a Prohibited Alcohol Content.
He is due back in court May 26 for a motion hearing, where the defense is expected to request a reduction in Potts’ $20,000 cash bond.
