BROWN COUNTY, WI (WTAQ) – The 53-year-old Green Bay man accused of sexually assaulting a horse in the Town of Eaton appeared in a Brown County courtroom Tuesday.
Sterling Rachwal has been scheduled for a Friday initial appearance on misdemeanor counts of Intentionally Mistreating Animals, Disorderly Conduct, and Obstructing an Officer.
No preliminary hearing has been set.
