LITTLE CHUTE, WI (WTAQ) – A suspect has been taken into custody in connection with a Monday robbery at a Little Chute bank.
Officers believe 55-year-old Lori Rogers of Kaukauna held up East Wisconsin Savings Bank, 1805 East Main Street, at 12:37 pm.
Police say Rogers was armed with a small knife, approached the lone teller in the bank’s main lobby, demanded cash, and fled with an undisclosed amount of money.
Nobody was injured.
There were no other customers in the bank, and no other employees had direct contact with Rogers.
Information from surveillance cameras and witness statements led officers to Rogers, who is being held in the Outagamie County Jail on one count of Armed Robbery of a Financial Institution.
An investigation is ongoing.
