BROWN COUNTY, WI (WTAQ) – Race officials say 13,892 people particiapted in Saturday’s 41st annual Bellin Run.
Allan Kiprono of Kenya bested the men’s field for a fifth time, with a time of 29:11.
Kiprono beat second-place finisher Benson Cheruiyot’s time by 1:15.
The women’s side saw a first-time winner as Kaitlin Gregg Goodman of Rhode Island finished with a time of 34:35, beating runner-up Samantha Rivard of Minnesota’s time by 2:04.
This year’s participation was down significantly from the 16,944 that took part in 2016.
