MENASHA, WI (WTAQ-WLUK)- A vehicle traveling in Menasha without its headlights caught the attention of a police officer.
The Menasha Police Department says it happened overnight and when the officer walked toward the vehicle, the driver appeared to be intoxicated
But that wasn’t all.
After the man failed a field sobriety test, he was arrested.
Police say the officer noticed three children in the vehicle under the age of 5.
A warning and reminder posted to the Menasha P-D Facebook page….
