LINCOLN, WI (WTAQ) – One person has died in a single-vehicle crash in Kewaunee County.
Sheriff’s officials say the accident happened at the intersections of Highways C and K in the Town of Lincoln around 10:30 am Saturday.
Investigators believe the vehicle was southbound on Highway C when it left the road, went into a field, traveled through the field, and struck a ditch.
The passenger was killed, while the driver was taken to the hospital wih serious injuries.
Alcohol and drugs are not believed to have been factors in the accident.
No names have been released as the crash remains under investigation.
