OUTAGAMIE COUNTY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — Sheriff’s officials are warning of people going into garages and trying to get into attics.
The Outagamie County Sheriff’s Office says the reports are coming from the Buchanan, Combined Locks and Kimberly areas. On weekdays during the day, people are entering open garage doors, sheriff’s deputies say.
The sheriff’s office is asking people to close their garage doors whenever possible — even when they’re home. Anyone who sees something suspicious or has suspicious video from a security or doorbell camera is asked to contact the sheriff’s office at 1-920-832-5000.
