APPLETON, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – A man who allegedly stole a skid-steer and led police on a chase through Appleton and Grand Chute pleaded not guilty Friday.
Tyler Peschke, 37, faces charges of operating while intoxicated (fourth offense), take and drive vehicle without consent, vehicle operator flee/elude officer and resisting or obstructing an officer for the Feb. 24 incident.
No trial date was set. He returns to court July 15 for pre-trial conference, according to a court official.
Grand Chute police were made aware of a stolen skid-steer headed toward the town. It traveled on multiple streets before police were able to safely approach it. Peschke was removed from the vehicle and taken into custody.
