GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) – Police in Green Bay say two 19-year-old men were arrested Thursday morning in connection with a series of vehicle thefts on the city’s west side.
According to police, the pair were taken into custody while officers were patrolling the 1800 block of 11th Avenue. Authorities say victims had reported overnight vehicle break-ins in the area recently.
Formal charges have not been filed.
Some of the stolen property have been recovered from the suspects, police say. They’re now looking to return the items to their rightful owners while possibly linking the men to other thefts in the area.
