APPLETON, WI (WTAQ) – A fire in Appleton forced the College Avenue Bridge to close for nearly an hour during the afternoon commute Tuesday.
The blaze happened inside a townhouse apartment building under the bridge.
Firefighters used the bridge to establish a better position to fight the flames.
It is unknown if there are any injuries and what was damaged.
