DE PERE, WI (WTAQ) – Police in De Pere are asking for the public’s help after a man allegedly tried luring a child into his vehicle.
Cops say the 2 kids were riding their bikes around 7 p.m. on Friday, May 20, in the 900 block of Suburban Drive when they were approached by a man.
The children says he tried to get one of them into his vehicle, but both got away safely.
He was driving a truck with a cap on the bed.
The incident was reported to De Pere police on Monday, May 23. Anyone with information should call De Pere Police at (920) 339-4080.
