GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) – The Green Bay Police Department wants to know if you think a new building for their headquarters is a good idea.
In a release Tuesday, the police department announced a six-question online public survey to gather feedback as it considers a new building.
Officials deemed the current headquarters at 307 S. Adams Street “outdated and overcrowded.” The current building was built in 1967. A second story was added in 1993.
Questions in the survey include whether a new building is needed, whether a joint public safety building should be built to house the police and fire departments and municipal court, and where a new building should be located.
