APPLETON, WI (WTAQ) – Green Bay Police Capt. Todd Thomas will be sworn in as the new Appleton Police Chief on Monday.
Thomas, an Appleton native, replaces Pete Helein who retired back in September.
Thomas has been in law enforcement for over 27 years.
The ceremony is open to the public at police headquarters, 222 Walnut Street, and is at 8:30 a.m.
