OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ) – A former Oshkosh prison worker charged with second-degree sexual assault by a correctional staff member and two counts of delivering illegal articles to an inmate pleaded not guilty on Monday.
38-year-old April Paulson is accused of having sex with an inmate and sending him nude photos.
Court records indicate that an October 23rd trial date was set at Monday’s arraignment.
An investigation started on May 11, which is about a month after Paulson started working at the prison.
She is no longer employed at the prison, according to the State Department of Corrections.
