GRAND CHUTE, WI (WTAQ) – An intersection in Grand Chute was shut down on Thursday due to a gas leak.
The Grand Chute Fire Department says that the leak occurred after a natural gas line was hit on accident by a contractor.
In order to be safe, a nearby Kwik Trip was evacuated.
Fire officials warned drivers to stay away from the Casaloma Drive and Victory Lane intersection where the incident occurred.
