GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) – A Green Bay man facing charges for robbing a convenience store pleaded not guilty on Friday.
Robert Herrington will return to court on September 28 for a status conference, according to court records.
Herrington is charged with armed robbery and operating a vehicle without consent.
No trial date has been set.
The 37-year-old allegedly produced a gun, threatened to shoot the clerk, and grabbed cash from the register.
Police indicate that Herrington took a truck from a friend without consent and then proceeded to crash the vehicle into a home on Elm Street.
