DOOR COUNTY, WI (WTAQ) – UPDATE: Officials have identified the man as Ahmad Adl who went missing after swimming on August 19 at Herrington State Park.
Deputies believe the cause of death is an accidental drowning, but they are still awaiting toxicology results.

A man’s body was recovered on Sunday from Whitefish Dunes State Park by the Door County Sheriff’s Office.
The man could be the swimmer that went missing on August 19 at Herrington State Park in Ozaukee County, according to investigators.
The name of the victim is being withheld until family can be notified and an autopsy is being conducted at the Dane County Medical Examiner’s Office.
