MENASHA, WI (WTAQ) – Fire officials say an apartment building fire that forced a baby to be rescued was started by a child playing with a lighter.
The building on 1st Street is uninhabitable after Thursday’s fire.
The 18-month old boy was rescued and was not breathing at the time. Rescuers had to perform CPR.
The child’s condition is unknown.
