GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) – The uncertainty surrounding Aaron Rodgers injury status has ticket holders feeling uneasy.
The Packers pulled off a massive comeback win in their opener Sunday night against the Bears, but the A-topic has become Number 12’s health and whether or not he’ll play this Sunday against Minnesota.
This question has affected ticket sales according to Green Bay Ticket King manager Travis Loftus.
“Things have definitely slowed down a little bit since Rodgers got hurt, with the up in the air status of whether he’s playing or not playing right now,” he explains.
And that means just days away from the game, tickets can be found for a more reasonable rate.
“Definitely more affordable at this point,” explains Loftus. “We have tickets starting around $250, as opposed to the $300 last week.”
Fans are hoping for a more definite answer to the question sometime this week, but Loftus says this could be a great opportunity for a value purchase even if Rodgers is kept out.
“With the weather looking to be perfect and it’s a noon kick off time, you get to tailgate, go to the game, and still get home at a reasonable hour,” he says.
Fans holding out for an even better value should eye home games in December against Atlanta and Arizona.
